Bob's Famous Mashed Potatoes - Serves 24+
- 1 Large bag of red skin pearl potatoes with skins (Gordons)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 sticks of butter (reserve 1 stick)
- Garlic
- Larry Seasoning Salt
- 8 oz bag of Italian Cheese
- 4 oz Parmesan Cheese
Cook potatoes according to bag direction. Stir until smooth. Mix in each ingredient individually allowing to melt and blend. Then transfer cocked potatoes to crockpot. Cut remaining stick of butter into thirds – insert potatoes, add garlic powder to taste and cover with lid. Set to high and allow all the ingredients to warm together. Edges will brown over time. Serve from crockpot.
